Reference Service Hours

During Spring Semester (January 22 - May 16, 2008) staff will be available at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All book collections except the Closed Collection and the Weinberg Collection must be used in the Reading Room during service hours only. Book collections are not available on Sunday.

Microform collections in rooms 404 and 406 and reader/printers in room 403 are open all library hours. However, some microform collections are kept in storage and may only be accessible during reference service hours or by previous arrangement.

Location

The Division of Special Collections is located on the fourth floor west of Ellis Library , the main library for the Columbia campus. To reach the fourth floor west, take the elevator to the third floor (not 3R), turn to your left, and take the stairs or the wheelchair lift up to the fourth floor.
