The bibliographic data includes author, title, place micropublished, micropublisher, number of reels, cards, microfiche, or prints, and the series of which the collection is a part, if any.
In the Note section users can find the call number, author, and title of the printed guide(s) to the collection, information on finding aids that appear on the microform or elsewhere, and information on the arrangement of the material.
The arrangement of the guide is by the main entry as catalogued by the University of Missouri - Columbia Libraries. The main entry is usually the author, personal or corporate, but may be the title depending on cataloging rules for establishing the main entry.
