Find your EMPL ID #

• The EMPL ID # is the only ID used to request and renew books through MOBIUS.
• Your EMPL ID # may be also be used to request books, renew books and view your account in the MERLIN Catalog.
• If you forget your employee ID number (EMPL ID #), you can locate it through one of the following methods:
  

Students

• Find your EMPL ID number by logging on to the MyZou system
• Select "Self Service"
• Choose "Campus Personal Information"
• Select Demographic Information
• Locate your myZOU ID which is the same as your EMPL ID
  

Faculty and Staff

• Look at your pay stub.
• Ask in the administrative office of your department, school, or college. Staff can track down personnel information.
• Log in to Human Resources Web Applications System to pull up your record
  • Type in your PawPrint (email address before the @) and password you use to access your email account).
  • Select Employee Information
  • Select Personnel Information Review Sheet.
    • Your EMPL ID Number is at the top of that page
      

Create a PIN (personal identification number) in MERLIN

• Log on to My Library Account in MERLIN
• Create your own Pin Number
  1. Enter your name.
  2. Enter your EMP ID number (Students, Faculty and Staff)
     • Enter zero + EMPL ID + c
       Example: 012345678c
  3. Enter your PIN Number (numbers or letters, at least six characters long).
     • Submit
  4. Enter your PIN number a second time.
     • Submit
