SciFinder Scholar

Two methods to access: 

1.  SciFinder Scholar - Web

• Register for an account with your MU email address
• Set your web browser to allow pop-ups
• 2 people at a time can search the database
• Off-campus access is available using one of these methods:
  • Proxy server - authenticate with your MU email username/password first
  • VPN -download from the Division of Information Technology
• Because of the limited licenses available, please remember to logout when finished.

2.  SciFinder Scholar - client

• Download the client
• 4 people at a time can search the database
• Off-campus access is available:
  • VPN - download from the Division of Information Technology
• Because of the limited licenses available, please remember to logout when finished.

There are some differences between SciFinder Scholar Web and SciFinder Scholar client.
