I really like the MERLIN feature that allows the user to send a call number to a cell phone via a text message.  I have used it many times.  It would be even more helpful if the text included what floor of the library the book is on.  (E.g. “2 East”)

Glad you are finding the new MERLIN feature useful. Unfortunately this information regarding the floor location of the book is not in currently in the MERLIN catalog, which is why it doesn’t show up in the text.  So even though your suggestion is a good one, limitations in the software will not allow us to implement it. However, we are creating a mobile interface which has a book location guide in it. We hope that helps.

Thank you for your comment. Due to budget constraints, we will probably not be adding a lot of outlets soon. But there has been talk of renovating that area in the future, and we will keep your comments in mind.
