44 x 55 cm, folded to 16 x 10 cm, in leather cover. Rare. OCLC only lists 4 other copies, at Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, Indiana Historical Society, Harvard, and Southeastern Oklahoma University.

Paper is extremely delicate and brittle, with tearing at most of the folds. Repairs made with scotch tape. Tape needs to be removed and tears repaired. Stabilize—discoloration (from ink?). Can’t be opened as is without damaging item.
