Third edition, first published in 1609. Includes 4 pages of music, "Melissomelos, or Bee's madrigal," intended to imitate "the song of the bees at swarming." The Feminin Monarchi was the first full-length publication in English about the practice of beekeeping. This text remained the guide for beekeepers during the next two hundred fifty years.

Spine and boards loose, electricians tape (!) on hinges. Kozo hinge repair and remove tape, redye spine.
